Your coaching roadmap
When you choose us to assist you on your journey, we follow a coaching roadmap designed to empower you to achieve your goals and maximize your potential.

Initial Consultation
By video, or in person, we will begin with a comprehensive understanding of your history, goals, struggles and lifestyle. This will determine our next steps.

Personalized Programs & Support
With insight into your fitness profile and goals, we will devise a personalized program for you, offering support and assistance to ensure complete understanding.

Weekly Check-Ins
During these sessions, we will discuss your progress, including things that are working well and setbacks. Usually, these sessions are conducted via a short video call, but can also be in written form for your convenience.
04.
Adjustments
Based on your progress and goals, we will make adjustments to the plan as we go. It’s important to note that many changes can take several weeks to show their effects, so adjustments are done thoughtfully and sparingly.
05.
Messaging & Resources
Message your coach with any questions, concerns, or obstacles you may face throughout your journey. Feel free to reach out, as we will also frequently refer you to additional educational resources and content that can support you along the way.
06.
Accountability and Motivation
Your coach is there to help keep you accountable and motivated to achieve your goals. We want you to succeed!
